We are dedicated to the advance of arts, culture and heritage of the African Diaspora Community across Greater Manchester, United Kingdom and internationally. We also aim to support other exclusively charitable activities which promote the arts, culture and heritage or further these purposes in any part of the world.
Our aim is to produce inclusive, integrated and socially relevant work to broaden and open minds within our communities.
Our regular activities consist of powerful social messages that will be accessible to all to highlight their stories in various mediums.
Brave project
Our Heritage Group, is a not for profit organisation, desperate to share our stories with the world.
The Brave project focuses on the beautiful heroines of post war Britain who left their homes in Africa and the Caribbean and served as nurses in the NHS.
Despite there amazing contribution to the National Health Service, many of there stories remain unheard and we seek to share these positive, thought-provoking and personalised stories. A project inspired by our local heroines for our forgotten communities. Without these brave people, the NHS would have struggled on.
